is situated in Raigad district(Shriwardhan Taluka).
A Heavenly marvelous place. A clean, unpolluted and 4-5km wide beach.
Suvarnaganesha is one of the major attraction of Diveagar. 17th November 1998 (Sankashti chaturthi) suvarna ganesh found in a copper box at coconut cultivation (wadi). Suvarna ganesh is made up of 24 caret pure gold. Suvarna ganesh is about 1.3kg in weight and 60cm in height.
The copper box also contained ornaments of suvarna ganesh. One can see a message in sanskrut on the copper box.
At Diveagar we can see a temple of Sundernarayan Temple (Rupnarayan temple) built in thirteen century built by King Shilahar.
